Agreement

By using our website or purchasing coaching from Creator Collective, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide coaching, education, and related support for creators. Specific deliverables, schedule, and access are described in your onboarding or written agreement. We may update how we deliver services from time to time; material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible.

Fees & payment

Fees are due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. You are responsible for any taxes where applicable. Late or failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.

Refund policy

If you qualify under our published guarantee (for example, no paid brand deal within the stated window while meeting program requirements), you may request a refund within four (4) months from your start date or purchase date, as specified in your agreement.

Refunds are not available after that four-month period. After four months, all fees are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to the contact emails below. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds in a reasonable timeframe.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee income, brand deals, or specific outcomes except as expressly stated in writing (such as the refund guarantee above). Results depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, harass staff or other members, or share confidential materials outside what we allow. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, unless law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms for ongoing relationships; material changes to paid services may require separate notice where required.
